Clearpower has a very experienced in house service team to support our customers and ensure smooth operation of their energy systems.
Our team of mobile engineers and technicians offer the following services:
- 24/7 remote monitoring and control of installations
- Preventative and reactive maintenance services through our own in-house fleet of maintenance technicians
- Supply of spare parts if required
- Meter reading, billing, administration and cash collection services
- Detailed Service Level Agreements with all main clients, with agreed response times and performance criteria
